245 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 245 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 245 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of 245. This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws in Malaysia. 245 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes take effect upon publication on this page.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 245 platform. Account registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. False or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed without notice.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and account password confidential.
- Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 245 support team immediately.
- Transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
245 uses SSL encryption to protect user data during transmission. That said, users are also responsible for taking their own precautions regarding the security of their devices and internet connections.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 245 platform solely for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the systems and servers of 245.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts for fraudulent purposes during gameplay.
- Sharing your account or selling access to any other party.
- Using a false identity or forged documents for verification purposes.
- Any form of fraud, including money laundering through this platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account closure, freezing of funds, and legal action against the user involved where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information MYR
All transactions on the 245 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include FPX, local bank transfers, and e-wallets listed under the Finance section of your account.
- Each deposit and withdrawal is subject to the minimum and maximum limits set for each payment method.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the user's 245 account.
- 245 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or third-party payment service providers.
- All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed, except in cases of verified technical errors acknowledged by 245.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the stipulated conditions.
For legal compliance purposes, 245 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents such as a national ID or bank statement may be required.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
The 245 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. 245 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or game outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 245 platform — including logos, text, designs, images, software, and code — is the property of 245 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Account Suspension & Closure
245 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or for operational reasons deemed appropriate. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to claim any remaining balance or bonuses.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
This platform may contain links to third-party websites. 245 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. 245 reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
